Initial pest service
The initial service is one of the most important parts in a successful pest control program. The goal of this service is to ensure that any pests are eliminated from the inside of the home, an effective “clean out” of what could be bothering you as well as getting rid of nests and webs around the home. Thrive pest control will inspect common harborage areas and treat the interior to provide that protection. Once the inside has been addressed we will remove webs and nest outside as well as apply products to create a barrier preventing reinfesestation. Regular treatments destroy any eggs that manage to outlast that initial service. Once the inside has been addressed keeping these pests out is much easier. Moving forward we return within 30 days to start your regular program.

Thrive pest control will start this service by using a brush to thoroughly sweep the eaves and doorways to remove all the cobwebs, wasp nests, and egg sacs that may be attached to the house. We use a pole that can reach 30 feet to ensure that we are able to clean even the highest points and keep your home looking its best.
Once we have removed the webs and nests we use a power sprayer to apply product to the eaves and roof line, preventing insects from rebuilding a few days later. Next we use the power sprayer to treat around the door frames, window frames, and corners that may harbor wasps, or provide the perfect spot for spiders to build. This treatment is carried down to the foundation and 6-10 feet out into the yard. This helps knock out any ants before they make their way inside, as well as prevent risk of other bugs getting onto the house.
In the Tulsa OK area many of the homes are made of brick. When homes are built “weep holes” are left in the brick to let the structure breath, but unfortunately it can also provide and entry point for insects.
